We are delighted to announce an opportunity for a talented and passionate Chef to join our Golf & Leisure Park, recently taken over and entering an exciting period of growth and redevelopment. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a fresh team, helping to shape a new food offering for our guests and visitors.

The Role

As Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, well-presented food across our clubhouse and driving range, creating a welcoming dining experience that reflects our vision.

Working Hours

Monday & Friday 8am - 11am | Saturday & Sunday 8am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes
  • Assisting in menu development with an emphasis on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
  • Managing stock, ordering, and minimising waste
  • Working closely with management to support busy service periods
  • Upholding the highest levels of personal hygiene and food safety at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef or strong kitchen experience
  • Passion for fresh food and consistent quality
  • A strong commitment to cleanliness, personal hygiene and safe food handling
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standard
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible, reliable, and motivated by being part of a growing business
